SEMINAR BRIEF

Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) supported by Ministry of Work Malaysia (MOW) and Association of Highway Concessionaires Malaysia (PSKLM) will be organizing the Highway Concession Conference (HCC) 2019 from 15 to 16 July 2019 at The Lexis Suites, Penang with the theme of ‘Enhancing Users Satisfaction through Innovation and Financial Re-Engineering’. Sixteen (16) subject matter experts will be invited to deliver papers and sharing knowledge in the technical and forum sessions respectively.


OBJECTIVES

The Highway Concession Conference (HCC) 2019, was designed primarily to share the aspirations, experiences, ideas and discussing the current issues or challenges faced by the highway industry in Malaysia especially in toll highway’s financing, operation and maintenance. The organizer believes this conference will also be a strong platform for professional networking and exchanging ideas with regards to digitalisation of information/services and leveraging on technological advancement to increase the efficiency in managing the toll highways.


WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This event is programmed to invoke interest for all industry players such as Highways/Roads Authorities/Agencies from local and aboard, related Government agencies, Highway Concessionaires, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, System integrator, Service providers, Academicians, Non-Governmental Organizations and Engineers/ Professional from public and corporate sector organization at every level from public or private corporation.
